As a Los Angeles native, with 28 years experience buying and selling homes, my expertise goes far beyond an understanding of the real estate market. I am intimately familiar with the history of our city's myriad neighborhoods and boroughs, and the different flavors of architecture that spot the landscape.
In addition, my experience buying, remodeling, and selling over a dozen of my own classic Los Angeles homes allows me to assess the true financial and aesthetic potential of any property.
Unlike many realtors, I believe in quality over quantity -- limiting my number of clients at any given time to ensure personal service and availability. I go above and beyond the call of duty of most realtors. I know the best home improvement and repair professionals in the business, and I'll readily call upon my network to get the job done.

History
Established in 1986.
I started my Real Estate Career in 1986 With Merrell Lynch (no longer around). After only 6 mo. in the business I was scouted by Alan Long to help launch his new Company, DBL Realty. I started as one of his first agents and together we built a small family like agency into a multi-loacation corporation with over 1,000 agents. In 2002 Mr. Long sold the company to Sotheby's where I remained for 2 years but decided Sotheby's could not give me the support to be the hands on and personal agent I prefer to be (too big).
Since I have always been a top producer I was scouted by my old friend Fred Henry. He was opening the Rodeo Realty Sunset Strip office and wanted big name agents to make Rodeo's presence on the West Side known. He made me an offer I couldn't refuse and Rodeo's business model is impeccable. I am going into my 4th year with them and am as happy as can be.
