It’s been 5 years now since we purchased our condo in Corte Madera with Patti Cohn as our agent. Deciding whether to buy or continue with a rental, and our varying enthusiasm for the market, made for a long and uncertain process for us. Nevertheless, Patti was always available and eager to show us another unit when we became motivated. She achieved the nice balance of listening to our impressions on a neighborhood or particular condo and providing factual feedback without imposing her opinion. I recently used Patti to sell an investment property that I had purchased to rehab and fix in Fairfax, CA. I found Patti to be VERY responsive, professional, communicative and beyond GREAT! Her recommendations for a professional stager, cleaning person and repairman were on point and reasonably priced. There is no doubt that her "team" helped to sell this house.
